I know! Just when you thought Ginger Maple Ice Cream was weird... This recipe, courtesy o' Better Homes and Gardens is a sweet concoction with one, maybe two, rather strange ingredients but the end result is worth it.
As a matter of fact, I think I'll go have a bowl now.
